Human Resource Development Centre, BHEL Bhopal organized a classroom-training programme on “Positive Attitude & Motivation-A Mantra for Success” for BHEL Executives the other day.  Avinash Chandra, General Manager (Transformer, Capacitor & Bushing Division) inaugurated the opening of the programme. On this occasion Amit Singh, IPS, AIG, PHQ-Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Police was present as the faculty of the programme. Total 80 number of participants attended the programme. Swagata S. Saxena Sr. DGM (HRD) welcomed the participants and briefed about the programme. Chandra welcoming the participants said that this programme is the need of the hour, which provides a platform where participants get ample opportunities to learn & develop their self-motivation level and attitude. He also said that the performance of an employee depends on their attitude and motivation level. The employee needs to look at things positively and strive towards achieving excellence in work. Susanta Kumar Suro compered the programme and Tarun Kaushik proposed the vote of thanks.
